No sleep for you!
We were kept up all night by a loud mariachi band serenading drunk guests. The staff didn’t pick up our calls and when we complained in person, they just stood there doing nothing. Plus, a dog barked all night, and doors were slamming everywhere! At least we had a decent dinner once we escaped the chaos.

The hotel has a charming vibe, and being in the entertainment district made exploring so easy. Our large family loved the spaciousness of our Deluxe King Room, and we appreciated being so close to local attractions like El Callejon del Beso.
My kids wished for a more direct path to our rooms, as the steep hill and narrow staircase made it tough with the little ones.

I loved unwinding by the sun terrace with a refreshing drink after enjoying a great breakfast each morning. There's a fantastic foot massage option that's perfect for anyone who wants to relax. Just a heads-up, the steep walk back from Centro can be a bit much, but it's totally worth it! 😊

Charming location with excellent breakfast
I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is beautifully located within walking distance to local attractions and the lively atmosphere of Guanajuato. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, offering a delicious spread of eggs, beans, and fresh fruit. However, the steep walk back to the hotel from the center was a bit challenging after a long day of exploring.

Charming old building with beautiful views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is tricky for anyone with mobility issues but convenient once you're settled. Enjoyed the walking tours in the area. Breakfast was decent, but options were limited. Room was clean yet basic. Would stay again for the views.
